As a result of this necessary maintenance, residents in the affected areas (West Side Lake Residents Only) may experience little to no water pressure while crews work to repair the line. If you were previously signed up for Auto Draft on the 10th of each month, that feature did not transfer over to the new system.
To continue using Auto Draft or take advantage of the new payment features, you will need to:
1️⃣ Visit our website: whiterivemwd.com
2️⃣ Create a new account
- New Username
- New Password
- First name of the customer on the Water Bill Account
- Water Bill Account Number
3️⃣ Set up your preferred payment options (Auto Draft, Text-to-Pay, Paperless Billing, and more)
This new system gives you more control, more flexibility, and more convenience when managing your account.
