We would like to inform you that a water leak has been detected on our pipeline, and repair work is currently underway. As a result of this necessary maintenance, residents in the affected areas (West Side Lake Residents Only) may experience little to no water pressure while crews work to repair the line. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while these repairs are completed.

We’re excited to announce that we have implemented a new and improved payment and billing system to better serve you!
This upgrade gives our customers more convenient ways to manage and pay their bills.
With the new system, you can now:

✅ Pay by Text-to-Pay
✅ Pay by Phone

✅ Enroll in Paperless Billing
✅ Access additional online payment options and account tools

If you were previously signed up for Auto Draft on the 10th of each month, that feature did not transfer over to the new system.
To continue using Auto Draft or take advantage of the new payment features, you will need to:
1️⃣ Visit our website: whiterivemwd.com
2️⃣ Create a new account
- New Username
- New Password
- First name of the customer on the Water Bill Account
- Water Bill Account Number
3️⃣ Set up your preferred payment options (Auto Draft, Text-to-Pay, Paperless Billing, and more)
This new system gives you more control, more flexibility, and more convenience when managing your account.
