Water Bills: New System & Login Alert

Dear Lake and Line Customers of White River Municipal Water District,
We’re sending out this alert to let you know that we have recently changed systems. As part of this transition, all Lake and Line Customers will need to create a new login using the link provided below.

Please note that this new login platform is no longer maintained by our White River Municipal Water District team as it was previously. All Lake and Line Customers will need to create a new login with the new portal. Click the link "Sign Up Now!" You will need to have your Water Bill Account Number on hand when going through this process, if you do not have this information please give us a call we will be more than happy to provide you with this information. All customers with multiple water account bills, this system will allow you to tie in all the accounts you have under the "Lake" or "Line" together. If you are a "Lake" and "Line" Customer you will need to set up two logins as these are tied to two seperate accounts in our software.
If you forget your username or password, simply use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” icons on the login page to reset your credentials directly through the system.
